David was Chairman of the InnovatorOne Litigation group. This is one of the leading multiple claimant civil action cases brought in civil proceedings. The action was lost in the High Court and was settled before appeal. It involved 550 claimants, ATE insurers, funders and a large legal team. Settlement was found following extensive discussions and negotiations.
